Skill exercise: recognising aggressive, assertive & passive behaviour

In a team it is useful to recognize certain types of communication. If you are not sure about these different types and recognizing them, try this exercise! Before doing so, read carefully the descriptions of the three types to be able to distuingish them from each other.

Agressive
Usually sarcastic, harsh people who think they are always right and superior to others. They think that they are okay, but you are not. 

Passive
Compliant and submissive persons who do not much and puts him/herself down. Thinks that you are okay but theyself are not. 

Assertive
The actions and expressions fit with the spoken words. These people are firm but polite and send out clear messages in a respectful way. Thinks that they are okay, but you are also okay.
