Animation: Listening Skills
Video
We all know those meetings where people do not listen to each other, but just want to make a statement about themself. When we truly listen, we can ask questions to the other. Stop thinking and talking about yourself, so we all could be much more efficient!
Exercise
With a group of three people you can do this exercise, in which two people discuss with each other and a third person observes and gives feedback. Most important is to summarize what the person before you have said and then response to it. By summarizing, you can check wether what you interpreted is what the other meant to say.
