How do people overcome challenging life events and experiences, like the covid-19 virus, the lockdown of the university, social distancing from friends and colleagues or maybe even losing a loved one? Resilience is the ability to bounce back, again and again, with every obstacle we face. Resilience is associated with inner strength, competence, optimism, flexibility and the ability to cope effectively when faced with setbacks. In this workshop we will tell you more on how you can work on becoming more resilient.
