Start of the academic year!

Last week, the academic year has been opened again. For the master’ s students this means the start of a new year of studying and the end of the summer break. The team behind SkillsLab has been working hard during this summer break to improve the services that have been provided to master’s students during the last two years.

The SkillsLab site has been updated during the summer break! What can you expect? For all four types of soft skills, you can use the Guided Learning pages so you can improve your skills at home or with friends and colleagues. Furthermore, many interesting articles about soft skills and development of these, can be found in the Skills Library.

Graduate School Week

To welcome and involve all master’s students, the graduate school week will be organized. The event will be opened on Monday 19th September with an inspiring talk of the dean of the Graduate School, Jan Fransoo, followed by the inspiring vision of Aukje Doornbos about shaping your own future.  During the following days, several interesting workshops, inspiring speakers and activities will not only help you get to know each other but will also contribute to your (educational) career. The event will be closed by a PubQuiz which will be presented by BNN-celebrity Jan Versteegh. At this quiz, you can win fun prizes while enjoying a beer and snack!
